Click & Reserve is available on many products sold and fulfilled by GAME, but some products might not be available for Click & Reserve at your chosen store due to product availability or where there’s a difference in the prices we charge in-store and online (for example where there are special offers only available online).Read more

Yes, some items are store only products and not available for online Click & reserve. They can be bought as usual when you visit the store.

How long will it take until my order is ready to collect?
Your order should be ready within 2 hours.
Please wait before heading into store until you have heard from us via email/ text that your order is ready to collect.

You will receive 2 emails and texts from us.
The first one is to let you know that we have received your reservation
The second one that your order is ready to be collected.
What do I need when collecting my reservation?

How to I cancel a reservation? / What if I change my mind and don’t want to collect?
If you have changed your mind, don’t worry, you don’t need to do anything.
If you don’t pick it up within the reservation time, we will put it back into our stock.
