How does Click and Collect work?

Add your products to your basket as you would normally, then in the checkout on the delivery details page, select the Click and Collect option, enter your postcode or share your location and we will show you the nearest GAME stores to your location where you can collect your order. Once you select your store, just enter your contact and payment details to complete your order.

Collecting my order

Your order will be delivered to your chosen store and we will send you an email to let you know when your order is ready to collect. Opening hours for the store are shown on your order confirmation page and the email order confirmation you received when you placed your order.
ID requirements
When collecting your order please make sure you take your order confirmation email with you, along with the card you used for payment. If you paid with PayPal you will need to take both the confirmation email you received from them, along with a copy of the GAME order confirmation email and another form of ID (current passport, valid driving licence or recent utility bill).
If someone else is collecting your order, they will still need to present your order confirmation email along with some form of ID or utility bill showing your name and address.

How do I know if an item is available for Click & Collect?

When viewing a product you will see the click and collect icon below the buy button. Here you can enter your postcode to check the stock of nearby stores.

In Checkout, there will be an option for delivery or collection. If Click & Reserve is available in your chosen store then a green tick will appear with “In stock for reservation” and you can click on the “Reserve at store” button.

Do all stores offer Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is available in all of our stores for most of the year. There may be times that certain stores are unavailable due to space restrictions.

How soon will I be able to collect my order?

Click & Collect utilises our Warehouse stock and takes 1-2 working days to arrive at store.

At this time, we are unable to use store stock for Click & Collect.

Can someone else collect my parcel on my behalf?

Yes, someone else can collect on your behalf providing they have the order confirmation email and proof of identity (for the person the order is addressed to)

Click & Collect is available on all physical items order sold and fulfilled by GAME.

It is not available for items sold and fulfilled by marketplace sellers.

How will I know when my parcel is ready to collect?

We’ll send you a confirmation by email or text (if you added a mobile number) as soon as your parcel is ready to collect. This contains instructions on how to pick up your parcel.

How do I collect my parcel?

You will need your confirmation email, the card that the order was paid for with and proof of identity – Driving License or a recent Utility Bill.

How long do I have to collect my parcel?

Your parcel will be held in-store for up to 14 days, starting from the day you receive your collection notification.

If you have not collected your order after 7 days we’ll send you a reminder.

If you have not collected your order after 14 days we will return and refund your order.

Can I change the store I’m collecting from once I’ve completed my purchase?

Once the order has been submitted we are unable to change the store selected.

How do I cancel my click & Collect order?

Click & collect orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped like standard deliveries.

You can however return the item under our 30 day guarantee policy.

If you are in a hurry for your refund, we recommend waiting for confirmation that item has arrived in store and then attend the store to refuse collection and process refund.

Alternatively, if you do not collect the item after 14 days, an automatic refund will be issued.
Please note it can take up to 10 working days for your refund it be processed.
