In order to provide an even better, more streamlined experience for our customers, we have decided to improve the way our GAME Accounts work. You will be able to log in using just one set of login details across the GAME App, GAME.co.uk, and GAMEWallet.co.uk. It will be even easier to collect Reward points, track pre-orders, and shop at GAME.

What is happening to my Reward Account?

We are improving the way our GAME Accounts work. If you have more than one GAME.co.uk account, Reward card, or multiple email addresses associated with your account(s), these will be merged.
 
You will still be able to see your recent order history and track your pre-orders at GAME.co.uk by logging in using your most recently used details.
 
All of your Reward points will be moved into your new GAME Account. We will not change the way we store your details, but we recommend checking everything is up to date so we can continue to provide you with the best experience possible.

What if I don’t want to accept the new Terms and Conditions?

In order to keep using your GAME Account, you will need to accept the new Terms and Conditions. You can still shop as a Guest without accepting our new T&C’s, however, you won’t be able to log in, track your pre-orders, earn Reward points, and much, much more.

Will I need to setup a new username and password since the way my GAME Account works has been changed?

No! You Will be able to keep using the same username and password as before.

Will my Reward points be affected by the new GAME Account changes?

We are improving the way our GAME Accounts work. If you have multiple Reward accounts, these will be merged. Your most recently used Reward Account will work the same, we will just move across any pre-orders, recent order history, and Reward points from your old accounts.
