Orders shipped with Hermes (orders valued £75-£149.99) or DPD (orders over £150 or upgraded delivery) can be tracked using the Consignment Number you should have received.

What happens if my order has not arrived?

Before contacting GAME to report a lost order or late delivery, please follow the steps below:
 
1. Have you checked on the status of your order using our Order Tracking system?
2. Has it been 5 working days, not including Sundays (or 21 days for international orders) since your order was despatched? See our Terms and Conditions of sale.
 
Please note with Pre-orders we need to allow 10 working days from release date.
 
In the unlikely event that your order has been lost in transit, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). Please be aware that you must contact us within 60 days of the despatch date of your order if it hasn’t arrived via the postal service. Unfortunately claims for lost in transit orders after this time cannot be accepted.

Special Deliveries
Orders shipped via courier require the customer’s signature upon delivery and cannot be released by the driver without this.

When will my pre-order arrive?

We aim to get pre-orders with you in time for launch day, however, we can’t control courier delays. Our orders ship up to 5pm the day before release, you will receive a confirmation email when this happens.
 
Orders placed in-store can be collected from the release date, and will be reserved for up to 48 hours. Some of our stores offer a midnight launch, meaning you can get the game as early as possible! Click here to find out more.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 1pm are usually despatched the same day unless it is a Bank Holiday or Sunday. Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day.

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong item in your order, please contact our Customer Service team. Make sure you have your order number, item(s) being returned, and item(s) you were expecting at hand. A member of the team will give you the details needed to return the incorrect items free of charge.
 
Unfortunately, our GAME stores are not able to process incorrect online orders, they must be returned via post.

How do I upgrade to Express Delivery?

To upgrade, select express delivery during the checkout process for just £4.95. Orders over £150 are automatically upgraded FREE of charge*. When using express delivery, someone is at the address will need to sign for the parcel.
 
Please note: *Digital downloads are not included towards delivery upgrades.
 
Express delivery ensures next business day delivery on orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm. Orders placed on Friday before 1pm will usually be delivered on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
