What happens if my order has not arrived?

Before contacting GAME to report a lost order or late delivery, please follow the steps below:
1. Have you checked on the status of your order using our Order Tracking system?
2. Has it been 5 working days, not including Sundays (or 21 days for international orders) since your order was despatched? See our Terms and Conditions of sale.
Please note with Pre-orders we need to allow 10 working days from release date.
In the unlikely event that your order has been lost in transit, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). Please be aware that you must contact us within 60 days of the despatch date of your order if it hasn’t arrived via the postal service. Unfortunately claims for lost in transit orders after this time cannot be accepted.

If the required number of working days has elapsed please contact Customer Services.
Special Deliveries
Orders shipped via courier require the customer’s signature upon delivery and cannot be released by the driver without this.
