Completed OrdersWhy has my pre-order been cancelled? (5th Sep 2024)
We've been made aware that some customer pre-orders have being cancelled in error on 5th September, with customers receiving a cancellation notice by email.
Please be aware; these cancellation emails have been sent in error. Our IT teams are aware of this issue and are currently busy working through resolving this.
We will be sending a further update by email to the affected customers soon.
