We sincerely apologise for the recent cancellation of some Nintendo Switch 2 preorders.
Affected customers have been sent a further update directly to their email on 30th May. Look out for an email titled 'You're Invited to Reorder Your Nintendo Switch 2' in your inbox.
Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we've worked to provide a resolution to this.
FAQ's
- If I reorder, will the Switch 2 arrive in time for the launch day? Yes
- Why do I need to give my payment details again? When your order was cancelled, the cancellation also withdrew your payment information. Reordering via these instructions is essentially a brand new order.
- What happens if I try to reorder with these instructions after the Saturday deadline? You will not be able to. The product and code will expire.
- I'd prefer not to order online again - will your stores have stock to sell on the day? We cannot guarantee there will be stock available in stores.
- I've decided I no longer want to reorder If your order has been cancelled and you want it to remain cancelled, you don't need to do anything further.
